Our Team
Bassam Andijani
Bassam Andijani is a licensed chartered accountant and finance senior executive with over 15 years of experience. Bassam has proven track records of success in managing a high-profile client's portfolio, leading finance departments and transformational mega projects, and chairing and being a member of audit and executive committees.
He is currently the finance Senior Executive Director for Osool Integrated Real Estate Company, wholly owned by GOSI, and a Partner of Bassam A Andijani firm for auditing and financial consulting “BAA”.
Bassam worked with two uppermost professional firms E&Y and PwC, plus took executive roles with top-notch listed companies such as Savola Group and Tawuniya Insurance Company. His experiences are diverse in different industries including auditing, Zakat, tax and VAT, business and finance consulting, FMCG, insurance, and real estate.
During his career, Bassam assumed senior roles at both corporate and operational levels, giving him full visibility on how businesses ran out and where the areas of improvements and risks could be. Moreover, Bassam led complex projects such as IFRS transformation, VAT system execution, and accounting system implementation.
Mr. Andijani earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, and a diploma for graduate in Accounting from the University of Otago in New Zealand. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Maher Zureikat
Maher, with over 35 years in audit and financial consulting, has led transformative projects across leading firms and prominent organizations. Starting with Arthur Andersen in 1989, he managed Jeddah’s consulting services by 1995, and upon Andersen’s merger with Ernst & Young in 2002, he continued to spearhead advisory services, ultimately leading Ernst & Young’s Transaction Services in the Western Region.
Following a transition to PwC, Maher brought expertise to business assurance, audit, and consulting in Jeddah.
Throughout his career, Maher has built an unparalleled reputation for restructuring, due diligence, and capital structuring. His guidance on IPOs, buy-side, and sell-side transactions has been instrumental to corporations now listed on the Saudi stock exchange. Maher’s work includes leading restructuring for large family-owned groups, optimizing capital structures, and conducting feasibility studies on major real estate projects. His in-depth knowledge of accounting standards has made him a key advisor for high-profile audit engagements, including with the Savola Group, Sedco Group, Nesma Group, and others.
As the founder of Onyx Financial Consulting, Maher implemented Managed ERP and Financial Reporting Services, allowing clients streamlined online access to their financial operations. In partnership with a Microsoft Global Partner, Maher combines technical and accounting expertise to elevate Onyx’s client service offerings, making complex financial management more accessible and efficient.
Sultan Agha
Sultan Agha has been with Onyx Financial Consulting for a decade, currently serving as the consulting partner and leader of Managed ERP and Financial Reporting Services. He excels in designing and implementing comprehensive accounting and finance structures using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV ERP and Dynamics Point of Sale.

He enhances ERP automation for real-time financial data, improves data accuracy, and optimizes financial reporting for better decision-making. Additionally, he oversees client teams to ensure compliance and manages monthly closing procedures. He also handles due diligence assignments on major buy-side and sell-side deals.
Sultan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University and is an ACCA candidate, having completed all applied knowledge and skills exams. He is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Certified Functional Consultant and a Certified Public Bookkeeper accredited by the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB) in the USA.
